Minimal Particle Generation

The QF2500HT has no mechanical shafts, seals, or wetted rotating parts, helping to minimize particle generation and maintain total product containment without abrasion.


With a maximum flow rate of up to 42 lpm, the Quattroflow 2500HT Single-Use and Multi-Use Pumps offer a new pump chamber design that allows for linear flow performance and high flow stability at low flow rates. This quaternary four-piston diaphragm pump was created for critical applications in the biopharma industry and the design allows for risk-free dry-running, low pulsation, self-priming, and minimal particle generation.

The operation of Quattroflow pumps allows them to gently, safely, and securely convey aqueous solutions and biological products that are sensitive to shear force. The four-piston design does not feature a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, ensuring total product containment without abrasion.
