Improved Ease-Of-Use

With flow rates from 1ml per min to 360L per min in the six pump range, the new FlowMaxx biopharma pumps feature enlarged screens and numerous updates to the previous software to improve ease of use.

Overview

With the ability to integrate flow and pressure sensors, FlowMaxx is highly accurate and the new pump software includes features for calibration of the sensors by the end user. This allows the pump to be adapted for each unique bioprocess. Additionally, alarms have been added to alert the end user when the sensor is not connected to the pump, avoiding costly mistakes. 

Featuring flow rates from 1ml per min to 360L per min, the new FlowMaxx has an enlarged HMI screen along with various updates to the previous software. Through the main screen, users can run their pump in multiple modes including continuous, time dispense, volume dispense, & PID control, and all of these can be accessed without logging in.

For situations requiring pump maintenance, we have added in the ability to connect to the pump through ethernet - allowing us to diagnose most issues that arise with the permission of the end user and find a solution faster.
