Variety of Chemistries and Scales
CIM monoliths are highly cross linked, porous monolithic polymers with a well-defined channel size distribution. They are supplied readily packed in specially designed housings at a variety of chemistries and scales.
Overview
Our Preparative Chromatography Columns are packed in a unique housing that forces the liquid inside to flow in a radial direction. An open channel structure provides a diffusion free flow as well as versatility through a single or multi-use column. Due to performance properties, the CIMmultus columns are cGMP compliant and available in a range of volumes (1mL to 40L) and channel sizes (1.3μm, 2μm, and 6μm). The advanced performance of the composite columns allow for a purification of biologics in a ready to use and disposable format. These columns are also available in cGMP formats.
