Overview
With a maximum flow rate of up to 42 lpm, PSG Biotech's Quattroflow 2500HT Single-Use and Multi-Use Pumps offer a new pump chamber design that allows for linear flow performance and high flow stability at low flow rates. This quaternary four-piston diaphragm pump was created for critical applications in the biopharma industry and the design allows for risk-free dry-running, low pulsation, self-priming, and minimal particle generation.
The operation of PSG Biotech's Quattroflow pumps allows them to gently, safely, and securely convey aqueous solutions and biological products that are sensitive to shear force. The four-piston design does not feature a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, ensuring total product containment without abrasion.

Single-use configuration: Single-use pump chambers can be supplied gamma irradiated or autoclaved
