Simple, Straight-Forward Scale-Up
The OptiMaxx product line consists of four different sizes, allowing for easy scale-up from benchtop research to full-scale manufacturing.
Overview
With a compact footprint, our OptiMaxx Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) System can be used as a benchtop TFF system or in skid configurations. The system features a full range of sizes for scalability, as well as several customizable UF/DF phases to define your processing flow paths and operating schemes, including:
- Concentration
- Diafiltration
- Flush
- Recovery
- As well as many more.
OptiMaxx is designed specifically to be customized to your unique needs. The pump's open architecture allows the end users to select from a variety of sensors, such as temperature, conductivity, pressure, or flow sensors. Additionally, end users have the choice to use any filter, including flat sheet or hollow fiber filters). Flow paths and pump sizes are provided customized based on request.
In addition to a user-defined process and alarm set points, OptiMaxx's HMI screen is intuitive, with the ability to easily toggle between screens on a large, colorful display.

Applications
The OptiMaxx TFF system has the ability to run two different pumps and two different flow rates simultaneously, making it ideal for many applications. For users who desire automated 2-pump control over their TFF operation. There are a number of applications where OptiMaxx can be used, including ultrafiltration, diafiltration, concentration and TFF microfiltration using 2-pump control.
