Overview
Designed by HPNE to streamline your bioprocess, our Stainless Steel Harvest Cart offers an ideal solution for managing 2D bags. Featuring sloped shelves with secure rims, these carts ensure smooth and efficient fluid drainage. The spacious shelves can accommodate up to 50L 2D bags, promoting manageable handling and minimizing the risk of contamination.
Applications
Our Harvest Cart can be used in a variety of applications through bioprocessing including buffer storage, sampling storage, transporting full 2D bags, media storage, and bioreactor harvesting.
Features & Benefits
- Sturdy welded stainless steel frame that occupies minimal floorspace while maintaining necessary stability
- Sloped shelves at 5 degrees to allow for fluid drainage
- Separate buffer to smaller volumes for reduced contamination
- All shelves are removable and can be changed out for a shelf to hold other items such as pumps, sensors, tube welder, etc.
- Bolt-on Electric Tug hitch (available for MasterMover)
- Bolt-on hook assemblies for hanging additional bags
- Bolt-on clamp for hanging cell bags
- Two rigid and two swivel-lock washdown casters with stainless steel frame/ wheel bearings
- Ability to lock wheels
- Narrow design for confined spaces
- Cover for protecting light sensitive products
