Long Lasting Pump
In a test run on the QF150, this pump was operated for 1.552 hours without any malfunction. Along with this, there was no noticeable drop of flow rate, which indicates no degradation of the valves, diaphragms or clamp ring.
Overview
Our Quattroflow 150 Pump from PSG Biotech was designed for applications that require a flow rate from 0.02 – 3.2 lpm. This pump is small, portable, quiet, and scalable, making it perfect for use in laboratories, research centers, and universities. It is available with disposable machined polypropylene or stainless-steel reusable pump chambers along with an integrated controller to meet all of your needs and improve your bioprocess.
The design of the Quattroflow 150 Pump does not include a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, allowing for total product containment without any abrasion. Along with this, the pumping principle enables risk-free dry-running, low pulsation, self-priming, and minimal particle generation.

Single-use configuration: Single-use pump chambers can be supplied gamma irradiated or autoclaved
