DPTE-BetaBag®
Flexible and Scalable Production
Minimize your validation, investment, maintenance, and production costs with our DPTE-BetaBag®, requiring less storage area, less water use, and less equipment.
A Safe, Validated Solution
Our DPTE-BetaBag® complies with multiple international regulations, including sterility validation of gamma irradiation cycle between 25 and 50 kGy, and are assembled in ISO 5 and ISO 7 environments.
Overview
Assembled in ISO 5 and ISO 7 cleanrooms, our DPTE-BetaBag® are ready-to-use (RTU) and ready-to-sterilize (RTS). They provide a scalable and flexible solution to contamination free single-use transfers of components. The DPTE® system of the bags relies on the interaction of an alpha part with a beta part, each fitted with a lock, door, and sealing function. For your safety, bags cannot be connected to an alpha part if the beta door is not properly closed.
Offered in both PE/EVOH/PE and Polyurethane (PU), our bags can accommodate a variety of size and volume specifications to fit your specific needs. The DPTE-BetaBag® is compatible with gamma sterilization, and saves you time on on-site cleaning and validation. Additionally, they can significantly reduce the risk of particulate and biological contamination in your process. For a guaranteed transfer process, our bags are fully validated, including mechanical, sterility, microbiological, and particulate validation.
