Application Note for the QF5050
A test performed on our Quattroflow 5050 Quaternary Diaphragm pump showed that the pressure pulsation measurements were in the range between 0.05 and 0.13 bars.
Minimal Particle Generation
The QF5050 has no mechanical shafts, seals, or wetted rotating parts, helping to minimize particle generation and maintain total product containment without abrasion.
Overview
With the ability to handle flow rates up to 83 lpm, the Quattroflow 5050 Single-Use and Multi-Use Pump is ideal because of it's high turn-down ratio and compact footprint. This pump is designed for integration on process systems.
This quaternary diaphragm pump model possesses a 4-piston design that has been created to include multi-directional pump head connections. The Quattroflow 5050 pump is able to support a complete flow range with one drive – with no further drive option needed.

Turndown ratio: 100:1
Single-use configuration: Single-use pump chambers can be supplied gamma irradiated or autoclaved
Multi-use configuration: Stainless steel pump chambers compatible with autoclave, clean-in-place (CIP), and sterilize-in-place (SIP) protocols
