Learn more about how the FlowMaxx Quaternary Diaphragm pumps feature an optional integration of both flow and pressure sensors, making this hybrid pump a truly unique offering in the video above.
Enlarged Screens And Upgraded Software
With flow rates from 1ml per min to 360L per min in the six pump range, the new FlowMaxx Pro biopharma pumps feature enlarged screens and numerous updates to the previous software to improve ease of use.
Overview
Introducing the evolution of our best-selling pump - the FlowMaxx Pro. This new version is highly accurate and features upgraded pump software, while maintaining the best parts of the original, such as the ability to integrate flow and pressure sensors. The FlowMaxx Pro features calibration of the sensors by the end user, allowing the pump to be adapted for each unique bioprocess. Additionally, alarms have been updated to alert the end user when the sensor is not connected to the pump, avoiding costly mistakes.
Featuring flow rates from 0.01L to 3.8L per min, the new FlowMaxx Pro has an enlarged HMI screen along with numerous updates to the previous software. Through the main screen, users can run their pump in multiple modes including continuous, time dispense, volume dispense, & PID control, and all of these can be accessed without logging in.
For situations requiring pump maintenance, we have added in the ability to connect to the pump through ethernet - allowing us to remotely diagnose most issues that arise with the permission of the end user and find a solution fast.
