The First Annual 2021 Scholarship Winner

Caitlyn Cacador, a local student from Smithfield High School, wins High Purity New England’s first art contest scholarship.

Smithfield, RI High Purity New England, a leading supplier of single-use solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry, has announced the winner of their first annual scholarship program. Their annual scholarship program was created for art students from Smithfield High School who are planning to continue their education at a college or university. The program is one of many community based initiatives which HPNE has launched in 2021 and demonstrates HPNE’s dedication to supporting the localities in which they work. 

For this initiative, students were asked to create and submit an art piece that was a creative expression of their choosing. The scholarship winner, Caitlyn Cacador’s piece will be displayed in the High Purity New England main headquarters for the next 12 months. Caitlyn Cacador will be attending the fall semester at Eastern Connecticut State University.
