Job Summary:

In this key role, the Production Manager oversees the manufacturing process in ensure optimized production. The Production Manager oversees single use assembly production and coordinates all activities to ensure appropriate resources are in order. This position manages the production schedule, and reviews productivity on every level with the Production department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

▪ Directly responsible for Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and Production Scheduler
▪ Indirectly responsible for Cleanroom Operators

Duties/Responsibilities:

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
▪ Lead, motivate, and support the production team
▪ Provide hands-on leadership and training to operations team members during operations
▪ Supervise and assist in assembling components into complete product
▪ Schedule day-to-day assignments and ensures execution of communicated priorities
▪ Oversee employee training assignments, ensuring training compliance
▪ Along with Operations Manager, plan and schedule the daily, weekly, monthly production schedule
▪ Ensure the accuracy of all documentation through periodic reviews throughout the production process
▪ Always follow proper cleanroom conduct and procedures
▪ Maintain a culture of safety, quality, and compliance
▪ Continually review workflow to improve efficiencies of the production line
▪ Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the CEO for the overall benefit of the organization

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree Business or related field required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations experience in a clean room environment
• Cleanroom Experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Also required to stand, walk, and move around the facilities inside and outside conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
