Job Summary:

As a Field Application Engineer, you will be an integral part of our OptiMaxx team. OptiMaxx is an innovative product
that ensures dynamic separation control for all TFF applications. You will work with the OptiMaxx team (Sales and
Engineering) to facilitate customer success. You will travel to client sites and deliver tangential flow filtrations systems
that meet customer requirements. You will provide technical expertise to the customers while ensuring customer
satisfaction and retention. You will work with the team to make updates and enhancements of the products.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
▪ Provide technical support and advice to customers in anticipation of potential challenges
▪ Analyze technological problems in installed application systems
▪ Troubleshoot on the customer’s request and resolving any issues
▪ Collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and marketing to develop solutions that meet customer
▪ Prepare relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations
▪ Conduct training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders
▪ Establish and maintain customer relationships
▪ Stay up to date with industry standards and trends
▪ Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the Manager for the overall benefit of the organization

Required Skills and Abilities:

▪ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering or Science degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with fluid handling systems preferably in
• Knowledge of downstream unit operations, TFF working system a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Required to sit, stand, walk, and move around the warehouse
• Required to travel to local client locations approximately 30%
• May include overnight travel on occasion
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in conditions where the noise can be loud, and temperature can change depending on the
outside weather
