The Client Services Specialist is an integral member of High Purity New England organization. The key role provides support and service to clients, potential clients, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring tenacity, drive, and enthusiasm to contribute to the company’s success, while working in a fast paced environment and solving challenging problems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
• Manage multiple client accounts
• Provide knowledgeable and timely responses and solutions to questions about products, pricing
and availability from potential and existing clients
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to meet client’s needs and execute projects
within expected deadlines
• Enter and manage data in various platforms

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience using an Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) platform
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workflow
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service position
• ERP system experience
• High School Diploma with some college coursework preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
