Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the client services department. These duties include communicating with the client service reps, compiling, and reporting data, and ensuring that customers are always satisfied and provided with the highest possible level of service.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Primary Functions:

• Supervising and managing the client service team
• Training members of the team
• Ensuring all team members are providing the highest level of customer service
• Ensuring all company policies are followed
• Monitoring the customer service email box
• Maintaining the workflow within the team
• Ensuring the timely processing of orders and inquiries
• Maintaining service level standards and timeframes
• Monitoring and evaluating team members performance monthly
• Resolving customer issues and handling escalated customer inquiries
• Identifies trends and determines system improvements
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the CEO for the overall benefit of the
organization

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related position
• Supervisory experience required
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• ERP experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
